Q:  Are there any recurring fees?

A:  Absolutely not. You pay only for the searches you run, and your card will never be charged without your explicit authorization of the exact amount.

Q:  How do I sign up?

A:  Please visit our registration page to sign up. Once your account has been created, you will be asked to provide some basic information to confirm that you are a legitimate landlord. After that, you'll have full access to all of our powerful searches.
